In association with the obligation based on art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we kindly inform you that the controller of personal data submitted in association with operating tasks conducted and contracts concluded is:

Any personal data shall be used solely for the purpose of:

• performance of agreements, to which data subject is a party, or to take action on demand of the data subject, prior to conclusion of the agreement (art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR);
• purposes that are based on legitimate interests of the controller or a third party (art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR).

Data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Personal data is processed until termination of the agreements concluded, and then until expiry of claims associated with an agreement with a given person.

The data subject has the right to demand from the controller access to their personal data, as well as to rectify, erase or restrict processing of such data, object to the processing and transfer of their data and to withdraw the consent given for processing of personal data.

Moreover, the data subject is entitled to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

At the same time, we hereby inform you of your right to withdraw these consents at any time. Withdrawal of the consents given shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent given before the withdrawal.
